વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝર કોઈ રાસાયણિક ખાતર નથી, પરંતુ તે જમીનની ફળદ્રુપતા વધારવામાં અને જૈવિક કચરાના વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં મદદરૂપ થાય છે. તે જમીનમાં રહેલા સૂક્ષ્મજીવોની સંખ્યામાં વધારો કરે છે અને તેમને સક્રિય કરે છે, જેનાથી જમીનની ગુણવત્તા સુધરે છે.

 * ઝડપી કમ્પોસ્ટિંગ: તે કાર્બનિક કચરાને ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી કમ્પોસ્ટમાં ફેરવે છે. ખેતીનો કચરો, પશુઓનો કચરો, રસોડાનો કચરો અને શહેરનો કચરો લગભગ 40 દિવસમાં વિઘટિત થઈ જાય છે.

વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝરનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની રીત:

સામાન્ય રીતે વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝર પાવડર અથવા પ્રવાહી સ્વરૂપમાં ઉપલબ્ધ હોય છે. તેનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની રીત નીચે મુજબ છે:

 ૧.  દ્રાવણ તૈયાર કરવું:

   * એક પ્લાસ્ટિકના ડ્રમમાં 200 લિટર પાણી લો.

   * તેમાં 2 કિલો ગોળ (જીગરી) ઉમેરો અને બરાબર ઓગાળી લો.

   * વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝરની એક બોટલ (સામાન્ય રીતે 30 ગ્રામ) તેમાં નાખો.

   * લાકડાની લાકડીથી બરાબર મિક્સ કરો.

   * ડ્રમને કાગળ અથવા કાર્ડબોર્ડથી ઢાંકી દો અને દરરોજ એક કે બે વાર હલાવો.

   * 5-7 દિવસમાં દ્રાવણ ક્રીમી રંગનું થઈ જશે, જે ઉપયોગ માટે તૈયાર છે.

૨. * કમ્પોસ્ટિંગ માટે ઉપયોગ:

   * એક ટન કચરાનો થર પ્લાસ્ટિક શીટ પર છાંયોમાં પાથરો.

   * તૈયાર કરેલું 20 લિટર વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝરનું દ્રાવણ તેના પર છાંટો.

   * કચરાનો બીજો થર પાથરો અને તેના પર ફરીથી 20 લિટર દ્રાવણ છાંટો.

   * આ રીતે 10 થર સુધી દ્રાવણનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે.

   * કમ્પોસ્ટિંગ દરમિયાન 60% ભેજ જાળવો.

   * દર 7 દિવસે કચરાને પલટાવો. 30 દિવસમાં ખાતર તૈયાર થઈ જશે.

 * પાક પર છંટકાવ માટે ઉપયોગ:

   * તૈયાર કરેલા દ્રાવણને પાક પર 10 દિવસના અંતરે 4 વખત છંટકાવ કરો.

 ૩. * ટપક સિંચાઈ માટે ઉપયોગ:

   * 1 એકર માટે જરૂરી પાણીમાં તૈયાર કરેલું દ્રાવણ મિક્સ કરીને ટપક સિંચાઈ દ્વારા પાકને આપો.

 ૪. * પાકના અવશેષોનું કમ્પોસ્ટિંગ:

   * પાકની કાપણી પછી ખેતરમાં રહેલા અવશેષો પર તૈયાર કરેલું દ્રાવણ એક એકર દીઠ છાંટી દો અને તેને વિઘટન થવા દો.

મહત્વની બાબતો:💚

 * તમે એકવાર તૈયાર કરેલા દ્રાવણમાંથી ફરીથી દ્રાવણ બનાવી શકો છો. 20 લિટર જૂના દ્રાવણમાં 2 કિલો ગોળ અને 20 લિટર પાણી ઉમેરીને તેને ફરીથી તૈયાર કરી શકાય છે. આ પ્રક્રિયા સતત ચાલુ રાખી શકાય છે.

મૂળ કલ્ચર તૈયાર થયા પછી, તેનો ઉપયોગ વધુ માત્રામાં વેસ્ટ ડીકમ્પોઝર બનાવવા માટે કરી શકાય છે:

✳️ * સામગ્રી:

   * તૈયાર થયેલ મૂળ કલ્ચર (ઉપર બનાવેલું મિશ્રણ).

   * ગોળ.

   * પાણી.

   * મોટો પ્લાસ્ટિકનો ડ્રમ (લગભગ 200 લિટરની ક્ષમતાવાળો).

   * ડ્રમમાં લગભગ 200 લિટર પાણી ભરો.

2. * Use for composting:

   * Spread a layer of one ton of waste on a plastic sheet in the shade.

    * Spray the prepared 20 liters of waste decomposer solution on it.

    * Spread another layer of waste and spray 20 liters of solution on it again.

    * The solution can be used in this way up to 10 layers.

    * Maintain 60% humidity during composting.

    * Turn the waste every 7 days. The compost will be ready in 30 days.

  * Use for spraying on crops:

   * Spray the prepared solution on the crops 4 times at an interval of 10 days.

  3. * Use for drip irrigation:

   * Mix the prepared solution with water required for 1 acre and apply it to the crop through drip irrigation.

  4. * Composting of crop residues:

   * After harvesting the crop, spray the prepared solution on the residues in the field at the rate of one acre per day and let it decompose.

You can make the solution again from the solution prepared once. It can be prepared again by adding 2 kg jaggery and 20 liters of water to 20 liters of the old solution. This process can be continued continuously.

    * Gradually beneficial microorganisms develop in this mixture, which becomes the stock culture of the waste decomposer. This process may take 5-7 days. The mixture starts to turn white foamy.

Multiplication of waste decomposer:

After the stock culture is prepared, it can be used to make more waste decomposer:

✳️ * Ingredients:

   * Prepared stock culture (mixture prepared above).

    * Jaggery.

    * Water.

  ✳️* Process:

   * Fill about 200 liters of water in the drum.

    * Add 2 kilograms of jaggery to it and dissolve it well.

    * Add about 20 liters of liquid from the prepared original culture to this water.

    * Stir the mixture well with a stick and cover the drum.

    * Keep stirring this solution once or twice a day.

    * This solution will be ready in 5-7 days. It will look light in color and slightly foamy.

Now this prepared liquid waste decomposer is ready for use in agriculture.

✅ Some manufacturers also sell ready-made waste decomposer cultures, which can be used directly for the expansion process mentioned above. This culture already contains the necessary bacteria and fungi.
